How do I make a complaint to HP? My laserjet printer is just out of warranty but when I try to contact a support agent I just get "Sorry, we are unable to determine if there are any support agent options for your location at this time. You can use other resources below or please try again later." I've tried about 30 times over the last two weeks.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Reminders - READ
- Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.
- Some regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online
- Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
- HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
- If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
Important
- HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked.
- Old HP phone numbers – for example, those no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions – might have been might have been lifted and reassigned. Do not be a victim. Be Careful.

Hi. I would like to explain my issue. I posted my print quality issue for my laser jet to the Community on 12th December as I believed I was out of warranty. This is because HP.com was showing my warranty as expired on 28th September. A few weeks later I checked and discovered this was incorrect. I had bought the laser printer on 11 December 2021. So the printer was only one day out of warranty when I made my post.
I have fixed my printer. It was the imaging drum (HP120A) which was faulty. It should be good for 16,000 impressions but mine hade done only 650.
This is what I want to complain about. How do I make a complaint?

Understood.
Good that the issue is resolved, after all.
I've notified the Moderator team of your concern.
Should there be a response, look for it here before the agent uses other means to contact you.
