How do I get a return envelope for my ink cartridge when the “recycle my ink cartridge” hyperlink doesn’t work?

HP Options for Recycling

HP offers HP Planet Partners for free cartridge recycling. If the hyperlink isn’t working, here are alternative ways:

1. Direct HP Recycling Page
   • Go to: Product Return and Recycling | HP® Official Site
   • Select your country and choose Request a Return Envelope or Print a Shipping Label.
      
2. HP App
   • Open HP app → Supplies → Recycle Cartridges.
   • If the link fails, update the app or try from a browser.
      
3. Contact HP Support
   • Call HP or use chat: HP Contact Support
   • Ask for a free recycling envelope for Instant Ink or standard cartridges.
      
4. Instant Ink Customers
   • If you’re enrolled in Instant Ink, HP automatically sends prepaid recycling envelopes with your shipments.
   • If you didn’t receive one, request it via your Instant Ink dashboard: Instant Ink Login.

Thank you, so very much for the reply! Upon further Investigation, I was informed that HP has stopped their recycling program and that is why I no longer receive the return envelope in my Insta Ink boxes 😞 Truly unfortunate but if you really know otherwise, please respond again! 🙂
