Office Jet Pro 8028e. I have new Instant ink cartridges in the printer but I can’t print anything since I cancelled my ink/paper subscription. Is something wrong or HP punishing me for cancelling my subscription & forcing me to throw away perfectly good cartridges?

Important: Your cartridges will no longer work once your cancellation takes effect. You will still be responsible for completing the payment of your last billing cycle.
