I have a Carriage Jam on my HP ENVY Photo 7100 All-In-One series printer.  I changed the color ink cartridge, and a paper jam occurred.  I cleared the paper, and now the cartridge is stuck on the LEFT side, and won't budge.  I stuck my finger in and the color cartridge felt loose, so I gently pushed it forward and heard it click and thought that would fix the problem, but the cartridge still won't budge.  I've turned the printer off, and removed the power cord etc., and still nothing.  Could really use some help.  Seems like a simple problem.  Thanks.
