I received a black cartridge from instant ink and it will not print. Pages are blank. How do I get a replacement?

I understand the black Instant Ink cartridge is not printing fine. 

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Remove the color and clean the black ink cartridge twice and print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
