I am very disappointed with your company. I have always bought your product over any other brand for years because I believed in your company, but that will be changing as of today. I purchased a brand new HP Envy 6455 All-In-One printer on Saturday, 6/5/2021, and on Sunday 6/6/21, I had to go purchase new print cartridges. I know this is because your company is trying to force me to join your printer cartridge club, which I refuse to do. I will be returning your printer back to the store this weekend and purchasing a new brand. I do not care how much I will have to pay. You have lost a loyal customer and I will be telling all of my family and friends not to purchase your products. This is a sad, sad practice for your company. Also, I will be filing a BBB complaint against your company.
