I totally agree with you on the paper weight.  I have always used HP printer products......NO ANYMORE, I will be going to Best Buy for a different BRAND.  Unacceptable!

Has anyone figured out where to get ink?  Every where on the website says that ink is sold out.

I have been getting the run around by HP - been on the phone, twitter, email - no help at all.  They already have an unrelated class action lawsuit about their printers overusing color ink when only printing black and white.  I have only had this printer for a few months FOR WORK and I can't use it since it won't work without the color ink cartridges.  I am not happy (and I typically LOVE HP products).

Did yo get a response I am having the same issue

Dear HP.  You said on 10/24/2020 that it would be "a couple of days" for the ink to be replenished online and in stores.  It is now 11/9/2020 and NOBODY IN AMERICA has it in stock - not even HP.  There are dozens if not hundreds of people with useless printers and useless customer service.  I've spent at last 10 hours over several days on twitter, email, phone with HP.  I've been hung up on by HP reps lying to me about it's a covid backlog when I had already been told it was a nationwide (if not worldwide) recall.  WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON AND WHAT WILL HP DO FOR ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS besides get the run around.

I am so with you.  I'm beyond upset over the non-responsiveness and my $200 paperweight.  HP has been no help at all.  Getting the runaround.  It sucks that we would have to hire an attorney for a class action lawsuit versus HP just doing what is right by their customers.  Like a voucher for a DIFFERENT PRINTER that has available ink.

Same here.  Going on almost two months.  Office Depot/Max said he “couldn’t say 910 cyan and yellow are recalled,” but they were told by HP to pull them off the shelves.  He said they cannot sell them and cannot send back to HP.  So I have a printer that is basically useless for my work.  Cannot seem to get a straight answer from HP.  Not acceptable customer service.  my clients do not care that I can’t find ink.  They want their checks printed!  So Instead of spending more time and gas hunting for ink, I’m going to purchase another printer— back to Epson.  I notice a LOT of Epson ink available

WHAT, exactly is in the cyan and yellow cartridges that we can’t get a straight answer or an ETA from HP?  Should we be concerned if we’ve been using them???

It is both the cyan and yellow
