There has been no attempt by HP to respond or address the issue that I and other customers are having with print quality. My Post was made at the beginning of the year and it has not had a single response.
Yes, we have genuine Cartridges;
Yes, toner level is good;
Yes, We have the correct grade of paper.
So now what?
Virtual Assistant is "Actually" useless.
There are no options to receive repair or maintenance. You can't SPEAK to a human being. Meanwhile I am using Black and white printing on a Brother Printer to get out my training materials and it does not reflect the professional image and quality that I want to reflect, and that we think our customers deserve.
Very VERY poor customer service and unreliable products from HP.
I don't know why I have bothered to post this as no-one will respond. This is the only forum which is provided from which to express my frustration.

Hi there,
First off, I apologize on behalf of the volunteers who answer most of the questions here that your post was either overlooked or those that viewed it did not feel they could offer any useful solutions.
I went back and had a look at your original post. The samples would suggest that you have some type of High Voltage issue. This could be a bad HVPS and simply poor power source issues. First off, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall, I would also suggest that you try a different power cord as I recently dealt with a customer's printer that had a bad power cord, which is the first time I have experienced that in 20 years. Using any type of surge protector or UPS device to plug the printer into can cause power related issues and that is the reason that HP states in all user guides that printers must be plugged directly into the wall.
It is possible that the transfer belt is bad as that is where the rollers are located but if that is the case, the part cost would likely make the repair uneconomical.

Thank you Repairatrooper, for responding to my query. I appreciate that Volunteers are providing advice as you describe. I just think that there should be a representative of HP pro-actively monitoring un-answered questions as a part of their responsibility to their customers, and maybe moderating responses to expedite solutions.
Your theory about Surge Protectors is interesting, but this does not apply in my case as the Printer IS plugged directly into the wall. Having investigated further myself, i have concluded that it is a problem with the Transfer Belt and have watched a Youtube clip which shows how to remove, clean and replace it. As the printer is no use to me in it's current state, I will attempt this repair myself and report back on my success or failure. Apparently the belt is Light Sensitive and so removal and cleaning should be performed in Low Light conditions. The original cause is still uncertain, although I am wondering whether it could be due to my OTHER printer (Brother HL-2270DW) being immediately next to it, and therefore its operation could be affecting the operation of the HP printer.
Could the Brother be affecting the electrical field around the HP? One for the invisible HP technicians I guess.

A transfer belt is not light sensitive, only the drum units on the cartridges are light sensitive, at least in the HP world.
