HP ENVY 6010

Hello

My printer wont print in black at all despite cleaning several times and the ink level still being good, and when printing in colour they all just print the outlines of letters and in the print quality test all the colours are really faded.

That's the most pressing issue but theres also been a slight disappointment with the print quality from the beginning since it was always a little faded and printed with faint lines running through it.

My biggest issue right now though is that it just straight up isnt printing anything legible.

This issue occurs from both my phone and my laptop where previously both printed relatively fine.

Please help
