Hi...HP M775 Magenta and Yellow are not aligned...client replaced transfer belt and all toner cartridges..issue remains..Calibrations have been run..any suggestions?IMG_3884.jpg

The sensors that read colour during calibration might be dirty, sensors cleaned and new calibration might help.

2 sensors are located as shown on the left picture, and they are covered with small spring door.
