HP OfficeJet 4650

Alright, I have done all the trouble shooting I can manage with this printer. I now want to take it throw it out my window and stomp on it a few times.

The problem is as follows just a second ago my printer would print, it was not printing clearly, so I went ahead and put a new ink cartridge in. That did not help. I tried taking out all cartridges to see if maybe the ink had dried out, that was not the issue. I tried to align the printer, that did not work as no pages had ink on them. I tried rebooting the printer, that also did not work. I went online and looked up my serial number on my printer and it showed it was from 2017, and my warranty ended in 2018.

So, if anyone has an idea on what the issue could be, or how to fix it I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
