Hello,
in january I installed an original HP912XL Cyan on my Office jet 8023 Pro. The printer install the cartridge but it is not printing the blue color. I have tried more than 5 times clean the printing head, the blue is not printed (the other colors, yes).
I thought it was a faulty cartridge. In march I bought a new one, original.
The same problem. I have tried again a few clean the printing head without success.
When I check information about cartridges, for the cyan is showing 90% - new without printing a single dot in blue.

@Toteu, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Office jet 8023 that does not print cyan!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Since you've already tried cleaning the printhead multiple times, let's go through a few additional troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.
Check Ink Cartridge Installation
Please open the printer cover and remove the cyan cartridge.
Check for any protective tape still attached to the cartridge's ink nozzle.
Reinsert the cartridge securely and close the printer cover.
Run a Printhead Alignment
On your printer’s touchscreen, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Align Printhead.
The printer will print an alignment page. Check if cyan appears.
Perform a Hard Reset
With the printer turned on, unplug the power cable from the back.
Wait for 60 seconds, then plug the power cable back in.
Turn on the printer and try printing again.
Check for Clogged Printhead
If cyan is still missing, the printhead may be clogged. Let's manually clean it:
Remove all ink cartridges and place them on a clean surface.
Locate the printhead and use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to wipe the ink nozzles gently.
Let it dry for a few minutes, reinstall the cartridges, and try printing again.
Let me know how it goes and also check if your firmware is up to date.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
