I have the same exact issue. I have gone through all the steps listed on the HP support page, ran diagnostics, replaced the blank ink cartridge 3 times - the issue persists - printer doesn't print or copy in black although ink levels are full. Printer is out of warranty, location is US. Please advise.

I understand that your HP printer is not printing black. If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
