Hi @OFFICERSMESS,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I am here to help you.
The quality of a printed document is not as expected. The procedures in this document should help with print quality problems such as smeared, fuzzy, dark, or faded print, and loose, partially missing, or scattered toner.
- Step 1: Check the paper
- Step 2: Check the paper guides
- Step 3: Check the toner level
- Step 4: Check the print settings
- Step 5: Inspect the imaging drum
- Step 6: Update the printer firmware
- Step 7: Adjust the print density
- Step 8: Service the printer
Please follow the detailed troubleshooting in the link below: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06377819
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
