I realize my printer is old. It is a HP Color LaserJet CP1215. I am running Windows 11 Enterprise. The advice you give on how to check ink cartridge levels does not work in the OS as those prompts and menu selection are not available. Nor will the support center acknowledge the valid serial number from the machine (probably due to planned obsolescence). The serial number is CNAC82C0DM. How can I check the ink levels? I truly hate to give up on a faithful machine, but if I must, I will not be purchasing an HP. I have purchased many since this one, and this is the only one that lasted.
