Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with a new out of the box M477 printer. the printer is reverse printing yellow and white as it prints yellow in the white background and prints white in yellow-colored documents. The issue goes whether you print from a computer, scan, copy, or even printing the supply status page. I even replaced the yellow cartridge with another new one but the issue is still the same.

 

If you have any idea how to resolve this issue I would like your support.

If it is brand new, you have warranty, that is your best option.
