Hi
I’m having problem with my hp 8620 printing documents
A the double effect occurs when i print or copy out a document.
I did the hard reset and the problem remain the same.
--- hard reset------
Hard Reset:
Unplug the power cord from the printer and wall
Take out the toner/cartridges
Wait 30 sec
Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall (Make sure the printer is plugged into the wall and not a surge protector)
Insert the toner/cartridges back into the printer

@atignetwork, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems to isolate and resolve the issue.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Try printing/copying.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
