Getting the above message. Tried all trouble shooting taking cartridge out, clean it etc, turn off, reset blah blah . I’m subscribed to instant ink so only genuine cartridges. Ironically I have a colour cartridge en route but this error relates to black cartridge. And I can’t find anyway to reset error to use colour cartridge so printer is basically a brick. Any way of resetting. Tried virtual assistant but that kept telling me cartridge being sent!!!
