I can't find option to change two-sided printing to one-side. I only want to print one-sided and would prefer this as my default. Can't find instructions for this in the manual. I need to change the default. Any idea how to do this?

Product: LaserJet Pro MFPM227fdw Monochrome O/S X Yosemite 10.10.5
I would like to have the option to turn off the two-sided print feature.
A prior message indicated opening Preview and Selecting the Printer. When I open Preview, I am not seeing this option. Please advise. Thanks
