I never bought any ink through the instant ink subscription. I did subscribe for a while but was never sent any supplies. I decided to end it. Once I did, the ink in my printer (which came with the printer) now does not work. I have stopped web services and it is still showing I need a sub to use these cartridges. This is ridiculous. HP you really need to fix this. I am NOT going to buy more cartridges to replace ones that came with the printer due to your software issues.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink cartridges.

 

If you cancel your instant ink service you can continue printing with Instant Ink supplies until the end of your current billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing. Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.

These inks are not instant inks. These are the inks that came with the printer. The black was deemed faulty and you guys sent me a new one. I did not subscribe to instant ink until months later. Why are these being flagged as instant inks when they are not?
