On top of not being able to add my OfficeJet 8010e Series printer to my account, so I can specify what equipment I'm having the issue with...
When the instructions say to lift the lid up, to insert the ink cartridges, it feels & sounds like there's a tab preventing it from opening. There's no button, or obvious piece of tape stopping it from opening up; it just... doesn't open. So I haven't been able to use my printer since I got it, because I can't put the ink cartridges in.
Please help; I need to print off a blood work form, for starters!
