Product: HP Instant Ink

I have a brand new Tri Colour cartridge, sent by HP, and it just wont work when installed but the Black cartridge works fine. I've gone through the necessary troubleshooting and advice but still nothing, I also cleaned the connectors and still the same issue. I came here as the Whatsapp support wont reply.
