Hi @althane,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that you need the region-change code urgently. Could you please confirm which country or region you have moved from and which country or region you have moved to?

This information will help us understand your printer's region-change requirements and guide you on the next steps.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

1. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.

2.you only need the cartridges purchased from the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.

3. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.

4. The old cartridges will stop working once the reset is successful, so ensure you deplete the ink before switching to the new region using this reset.

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
