Printing normally as usual, suddenly a message kept appearing on the screen of the  laptop "Print failure". Checked for paper-jams all manners, none! After 3x, tried to print the 4th time again, this time a rapidly ticking hard sound, coming from the cartridge area, can be heard & all lights began blinking fast (areas: printer on light, paper tray, cartridge door, "i"-button, cancel-button (not blinking) ,code E6, "↓"-button & another strange figure-button between (see it diagonal backslash) the "i"- & "↓"-button)! Did everything that is instructed to do in manual, online support, nothing helped. It was when also under "All other ink cartridge errors", is instructed  to "clean the cartridge area", it all became clear! Opening the ink cartridge door, the ink cartridge carrier slides in place when opened, then unlocking the cartridges to take them out, as usual when ink is up, they are not coming out; aren't loose at all, both are stuck. What can be done? HELP!!!
