Product: HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

I purchased an ink cartridge for my printer, the correct cartridge 65 black... when I opened the package, the incorrect cartridge 63 was inside. It looks identical to the 65 cartridge, but looks to me mislabeled. It will not work and I'm wondered in I can get a refund. Any help here?
