I have the same problem of my 7720 printer printing Zig zag lines at A3 and also not printing colours out. I have tried the recomended fix but this has not cured it. The only thing that works is to set advance setting to monochrome.

This is ok for monochrome drawings however there is no fix to print drawings with coloured lines and shading.

Curious - Which recommended fix did you try?

There is generally a solution that should work.

Usual Solution:

1. Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software > Restart computer and log in
2. Adjust Printer Properties > tab Advanced > Driver = the HP driver as opposed to any Microsoft / IPP driver
