Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

Just set up our new HP DEskjet2710 printer - a mission in itself! Then tried a test print before printing off the required document and found the quality of the printing to be terrible. The first two letters of the text in the first line are missing and the quality of the remaining text is very poor. All lines of text are missing at least the first two characters. Also unable to see how to carry out the alignment of the printer as the page automatically printed off by the printer as part of the setup activity is unreadable. @ hours in to trying to set up this printer and getting increasingly confused! Aggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!
