Hi @Janised,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
To assist better -
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
- How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?

Hello,
I apologize for missing your previous message. I am using an HP laptop with a windows operating system. My printer is a HP ENVY photo 7155( ENVY Photo 7100 series) an it has a wireless connection to my computer.
Thank you in advance,

Thank you for getting back to me.
Follow the instructions to disable color management -
Go to system preferences, 'Printers.' Click the name of your printer, then click 'Options & Supplies.'
Enter the 'Color Management' menu. Click the 'Advanced' button ('Advanced Color Settings' if you use a Mac), then move your mouse to the top-right corner of the printer dialog box.
Disable 'Color Management.
Hope this helps!
