Hi @Janised,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  2. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?

Thank you for getting back to me.

Follow the instructions to disable color management -

Go to system preferences, 'Printers.' Click the name of your printer, then click 'Options & Supplies.'
Enter the 'Color Management' menu. Click the 'Advanced' button ('Advanced Color Settings' if you use a Mac), then move your mouse to the top-right corner of the printer dialog box.
Disable 'Color Management.

Hope this helps!
