My HP printer displays a 'Supply problem'. I have replaced all of the cartridges (4 in total) with new compatible HP Toner products and the problem still remains. I believe the issue to be a Supply Memory problem that is linked to a recent HP printer update and I believe the problem did not exist with the 202006112.exe file.
Is the 'Supply problem' being caused by the updated printer software and how do I resolve this issue. Can HP supply me with a copy of the 202006112.exe software?

Did the download not work or the installation?
Here's an alternate link to the firmware: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PtKMe4dqfO9RbfQKyiOzBxsbwazP7V9l/view?usp=sharing

HP installed Digital Rights Management DRM with the latest firmware update. You need to find the old firmware and reinstall it.
HP removed the old versions so you will have to google the web to find it. They called it a security fix. The downgrade fixed my printers. I turned off all updates so it can't reload. Next time I invest in a new printer I will search for printer companies the don't lock the printer with DRM before I select the brand.

This is shockingly stupid. I am trying to fix the driver now. Because of this utterly obnoxious move I wasn't able to print out my documents for a client presentation. I will never, ever, buy an HP product again. Really aggravating.

I downloaded the firmware for Mac OS and it did not work. The update failed. I have an HP Color LaserJet M254dw and am on macOS Mojave, version 10.14.6. Is there any other firmware downgrade that might work for me?
