My printer needs to be re-regionalised having ben moved from USA to UK. Had a conversation yesterday on whatsapp. Agent very apologetic but he couldn't help. Referred me her to arrange a call back. Simply, cannot get anywhere on this site. Virtual Agent absolutely useless. Agent assured me that I would get through but after trying on and off over a week or so have not got anywhere. Calling [content removed] didn't get me any help either. Does anyone have a direct route to technical support at HP, if it exists out of warranty?

@Johnwhall2010, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you would like to perform a region reset on the printer. However, a printer driver is not available for this model printer due to its age. HP solution center cannot be used to perform a region reset and it is not supported anymore too.
There is no solution to this issue.
I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Hi Kumar, I have had some HP cartridges brought in from the US. I installed the colour 60XL cartridge to be confronted with the message "incompatible print cartridges"!! This cartridge is exactly the same as the one that I have previously bought in the US which worked. What can be the problem now, please? I'm getting a little fed up!!! Kind regards, John

Yes, this model printer uses HP 60 ink cartridges. If you got this from the US to the UK, it should work fine as the printer also belongs to the US region.
Check the cartridge packing to make sure it belongs to the US region.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
If the issue persists, let me escalate this issue.

Kumar, your support is very much appreciated. The cartridges I use are genuine HP 60 cartridges brought in from the USA. I installed the 60XL, the printer started to print but pulled in too many sheets and the machine jammed. I pulled the sheets back out and from that point it stopped recognising the colour cartridge but still accepts the black one. I am assuming that it recognised the 60XL colour but cannot be sure. I then reinstalled the old colour cartridge but it wouldn’t then accept that one. I have managed to get the odd line printed I’m colour before it cuts out stating that the colour cartridge has a problem. What do you think? For now I want to thank you again and wish you happiness during the forthcoming festive season. Best wishes John

@Johnwhall2010, thank you.
If the printer is working fine, then you need not worry. To clear paper jams, refer to - A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays for HP Photosmart e-All-in-One (D110a and D110b) Printers
If you have repeated issues and if the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance. Happy holidays!

Hi Kumar, many thanks again. I probably didn't explain fully - the problem seemed to arisse after a paper jam. I pulled the paper back out and from that point on, colour cartridges were not recognised, including the orignal which had simply run out of ink. What do you think? Kind regards, John

I understand the HP color ink cartridge is not recognized after you cleared a paper jam in the printer. If you have an alternate new ink cartridge, try with the same.
If you have tried all the steps and the issue persists with one or more ink cartridges, it is a hardware issue with the printer and has to be replaced.
However, I believe the printer is out of warranty. You may have to upgrade the printer.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
