Hello, I am a little desperate. I can't get the (manual) duplex scan function to work. In the HP Smart App there is no option for (manual) 2 sided scanning.
The HP Scan App has such a function. However, the pages are not sorted correctly. The page number after scanning is 1,3,2,4 so the function is useless.
What do I have to set in the HP Scan App so that the pages are sorted correctly? Also, I can't find any software for my printer other than the HP Smart App.

 

I am disappointed with the new software. On my old HP 6700, (manual) 2 page scanning works perfectly fine.

Is there really no solution for this problem? This cant be possible. It is just a "softwarething" to enable manuell duplex scan. And I don't thing that HP has forgotten it.

I answered to your message, but I think there is no solution. The feature just did not exist any more. The user has to sort the pages manually after scanning.
