As seems to be the case with numerous people suffering this same problem and jumping through the requisite hoops just to get a functional printer again, there is nothing in my inbox. Please. Get. Me. This. Information. Otherwise, my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 will remain a particularly useless paperweight.

Hey everyone, 

 

Go to Setting on the Printer Screen, then Printer Maintenance, then Restore, then select Cold Restore. 

That's it.

I also need to reset my Hp Officejet Pro 9015 to factory settings. I got a new router and now I cannot connect the WIFI because when I try to click on reset I get the message this feature has been blocked by whoever set up the printer.  That was me and I do not recall blocking any kind of actions.

I have the same issue 9015 - stuck on printing alignment page after cartridge cannot be used until enrolled - I am enrolled -I cannot get to menu on printer to do reset - need instructions for factory reset - officejet pro 9015

I have the same problem with the flashing error screen on my HP Officejet Pro 9015, but use Windows 10 64-bit version.  Please confirm how I can reset it so I don't have to continue resetting it.
