I have tried contacting them on facebook and after over 3 hours still no answer. I made a thread on the forums with no answer. i tried calling but you cannot reach an agent without a case number...and you can't get a case number without going through the virtual assistant...and you can't get a case number from the virtual assistant without a warranty. So now I am stuck and unable to contact support to help resolve an issue that should take less than five minutes. I want to change the region of my printer.
This should not need a warranty to get support...this is absolutely ridiculous and for a company of this size, such horrendous support is inexcusable. How can you make it so hard for people to get in touch after the warranty is up? What are people supposed to do? This support system is an absolute joke and something should change.

Submitting Request for an Assist
- I will submit a request that someone take a look at your question / concern.
Worth Noting
- Our Community is not HP Technical Support, nor are we HP Sales or HP Service.
- Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome: Our request is not a magic back door into HP Support.
- The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
- If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.
Note to those reading:
- Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”. Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
- Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
- Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from rats and scammers.

I have not been able to contact support online or otherwise. I have searched their websites in various ways but they are doing it deliberatly. You have to go through the virtual agent. But unfortunately the VA does not have my issue in the options.
I have been receiving numerous emails from instant ink asking me to connect the printer to the wifi.
I am unable to do this because of the lockdown as I am far away from home and do not have a return date. How can I tell them that. They are threatening to cut off my instant ink supply.
Any suggestions please?
