Hello,
A have an issue trying to install my M12W printer on my laptop (windows 10 64bit).
Thing is, the printer is already instaled and working (wifi) in another laptop and i have no problem printing with this printer, so its the problem is not the printer.
so, i've got a new laptop, witch i have never instaled any printer on it.
I've downloaded the full sulition driver from hp website (file name: hp_LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution-v20160225-10229428-signed) and when i execute this file it starts do extract from 0 to 100% and after it finish this processes it closes, there's a little moment that mouse point stays in working status (something about 3 secs) and then nothing happens.
tryied a lot of times but no success.
please help me.

Hi,
Right click the Start menu and select Run.
Paste the following and press OK:
C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
Now follow the installation on screen to install the printer.
