Hi @JEAN7513

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The error code 0x80070483 on your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw typically indicates a communication or configuration issue between the printer and your computer.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Update Printer Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model compatible with Windows 11.
  • Install the drivers and restart your computer.

2. Check Printer Port Settings

  • Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your printer and select Printer Properties.
  • Under the Ports tab, ensure the correct port is selected (e.g., WSD or TCP/IP).

3. Reset Printer Settings

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to Settings > Restore Defaults or Reset Settings.
  • This will reset the printer to factory settings and clear any misconfigurations.

4. Update Firmware

  • Check for firmware updates on the HP Support website. Firmware updates can resolve bugs and improve performance.

5. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

6. Check Network Connection

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • Restart your router and printer to refresh the connection.
