Hi I have problem to print color from the document itself after I changed my router.
I had installed HP Smart app. I can print colour from this app but if I print the document itself, I still can't find the color option in the dialog box.
I had tried to use the Advanced option to find the driver but have problem to update via Window. However, my husband managed to find the right driver from this option. Is there a way that I can copy his driver software to my PC?
I also tried to install with HP printer assistant but it said "Unable to connect".
What other option can I try to download the driver? Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi @LLKuan ,
Try to install the next driver:
- HP DeskJet 4729 Basic Driver >> DJ4729_Basicx64_36.0.72.exe
Restart your computer
And try again to print in color.
* Click on YES button to say thanks,
* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
