Hi @RBTree1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "62.80.13" on an HP Officejet Pro 8025 All-In-One Printer typically indicates an issue with the printhead. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem.

  • Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues.
  • Check Printhead: Open the printer cover and inspect the printhead. Ensure there are no obstructions, such as paper jams or debris, blocking the printhead's movement.
  • Clean Printhead: If there's visible ink buildup or debris on the printhead, gently clean it using a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water. Be careful not to touch the nozzles or contacts.
  • Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP support website. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve various printer issues.
  • Reset Printer: Perform a reset on the printer to clear any internal errors. Refer to your printer's manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to reset your specific model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
