HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer

My DeskJet 2540 all in one printer prints blank pages. Test Pages & startup pages print Okay. Tried on both Windows 10 & Windows 11.

did not help.

I have also checked other responses. Test page & initial power on test prints fine, so it does not look like a printer/Ink problems. Connected power directly & checked for authentic HP cartridges.

I am not sure how this can be a hardware issue when test prints are printing fine.

Also, in your private message, you are giving a phone number to contact.
Is it a valid HP support number?

Hi @Alex5768,

Yes, that is a valid phone number, they should be able to help you see what is causing the issue via remote assistance.
