Hi!,i think i messed up with the basic driver of my envy 5640 as to print from Windows xp i changed it with a generic Hp driver.
As a result then the Printer,or print with colors and badly garbied or it does not print anything at all.
Therefore i can no longer print from my iPad/iPhone.
Uninstalled from Windows i would kindly to know how can i do to restore my good Printer with the setting and the factory
driver. I am desperate !!
Thanking in advance await your response.
Best regards

Hello Vandross66,
Go to:
http://hp.com/go/tools
After that, download and run the Print and Scan Doctor tool, this will download the correct software for your printer. You will still have to walk through the installation, it will automatically start once it's finished downloading. It will also correct any issues that may have occured when changing over to the generic driver.
