HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I downloaded updated software for my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740HP - East Start for MacOS14.  After software is downloaded, I get SWHelper.  It has my user name as my name instead of my email.  When I put in my HP password, SWHelper will not accept it.  If I change the username to my HP username, that will not work either.  Additionally, it has no password or user name help.

Issues with my current HP software occurred after I download MacOS14.  After I scan a document and try to edit it, scan closes / crashes.

Any suggestions of how to deal with SWHelper ?

You should read this article and possibly ask over at Apple

It looks like gatekeeper and swhelper are the same.  I am just guessing as I have very little experience with MacOS.

Possibly it is asking for an apple account.
