Dear HP Community, dear HP Technical Support. I am absolutely disappointed with HP Customer Care support. HP drivers and sofware are buggy. Also many sofware (for example HP Scan) are outdated, non updated. I have same problem that was reported with USB driver installation of printers. No one care about it. Only questions and no solutions. My printer MFP M28w is last printer from HP. Shame.
