I was just using my printer on my old Win 10 (64 bit) PC. There has been problems trying to download the driver as I use USB cable and not bluetooth or wifi with printer.
I've installed HP Easy Start and have tried several times unplugging printer, restarting PC, plugging USB into different port and on and on.
At a loss of what next.

Hi @carlzee,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow steps from the link: Click here
And, also note that for this printer software drivers are very limited to run on windows 10 OS.
- If the issue still continues, install using Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver: Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

HP Print and scan doctor has not worked several times already and again today not.
Your instructions mention Windows built in print driver click here, but there's no "here" to click on. I believe I tried that option once before but it was not able to complete extraction.
Keep in mind I already was using a Windows 10 PC with this printer and now have a new Windows 10 PC so in my mind there should be no reason a correct driver isn't available to fix this...

That's not helpful at all.
I just spoke to your support rep who told me HP no longer releases any drivers for obsolete printers.
So, now where do I find a driver?
Do you know how I can extract the driver I was using on my old Win 10 PC and move it to the new Win 10 PC?
Apparently, that's all I need.
