Product: HP Deskjet 2050 J510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Deskjet 2050 J510 Series won't recognize my HP 61 Multi-color Ink cartridge/. Any ideas or troubleshooting tips?

HP Print and Scan Doctor is no help at all.

 

I have also tried all of the troubleshooting steps found on previous posts.

Thank you. I called, and the guy that answered said he'd call me back in 30 minutes..lol
