Unable to figure out print size for greeting card stock size of whole page measuring 5.5x10"

I understand the frustration that you're experiencing. Please review the Printer Specifications for HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer Series.

Cards:
Card type / Card size

• 3 x 5 in Index / 76.2 x 127 mm (3 x 5 in)
• 4 x 6 in Index / 101.6 x 152 mm (4 x 6 in)
• 5 x 8 in Index / 127 x 203.2 mm (5 x 8 in)

NOTE: According to the specifications, this printer does not accept a 5.5 x 10 (cards).

There is no guarantee that setting up a custom paper size will work, however, you could try this method
