Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP envy photo 7800 series printer and I can't get it to print in color. I did the test and it printed in color but will not print in color with either avery print and design or open office programs. In preferences it shows grayscale and there isn't anywhere to change it. I have Windows 10.
