Hello Everybody,
Unfortunately, I have updated my Windows 10 to 1909 (10.0.18363.535); after that, I cannot print anything in this OS.
When I am trying to print anything, windows delete the print queue.
I tried to reinstall the drivers. Both options were used - update from HP official website and via Windows Update.
HP Print and Scan Doctor did not fix the problem also.
I tried to install kb4524147, but it looks like that it cannot be installed in 1909.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing.
If the issue persists, Use HP Smart app to print and scan
Click here to download and know more about the app.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Download and install HP Print and Scan Doctor, it is a Windows tool to fix printer issues.
Try creating a new user account and check -
1. Tap the Windows icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Select Family & other users.
5. Tap "Add someone else to this PC."
6. Select "I don't have this person's sign-in information."
7. Select "Add a user without a Microsoft account."
8. Enter a username, type the account's password twice, enter a clue and select Next.
9. Tap the Windows icon.
10. Select the User icon at the upper left corner of the Start menu.
11. Select the new user. You'll then sign into your account with your password from step 8.

@Asmita6658
Hello Asmita6658,
I tried HP Print and Scan Doctor v5.3 one week ago. The software did not find the issue.
The creation of the new account did not solve the issue either.

I contacted HP. Technical specialist connected to my laptop remotely, but he did not fix the issue.
So, the problem was not fixed.
I do NOT recommend to update Windows 10 to 1909. It looks like "smart" people from microsoft did something wrong with their latest update.
