Hi there.  Suddenly my printer is not connecting to my wireless network, which it has never had a problem with before in 2+ years.  I have disconnected and restarted the printer, but that did not work.  I tried to connect to the network again through the wireless menu and when it asks for the passphrase (which I’m assuming is the Wi-Fi password) it says that it’s wrong or incorrect, however all other devices that are connected to the network are able to work.  I restarted the router and that did not fix the issue either.  The blue network light is blinking on and off.  I did a factory reset on the printer and that didn’t seem to solve the issue either.  Anyone have any idea of what I can to next?

My only workaround is that I was able to connect to the printer’s Wi-Fi through my iPad to print directly to it, however that means I won’t be able to connect to my network while I’m connected to the printer’s network.  So a bit of a conundrum!

I also ran a wireless test print.  Wireless on pass, wireless networking pass, network name ssid found fail, security fail, and not run for the rest.

However on the bottom where it says configuration summary, network name ssid shows my network name there just fine “Att….”  Network password hasn’t changed since all other phones / devices can connect to the network.
