Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an error message "Use Ethernet cable" on your HP Officejet 9010 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a SemiFull reset and the reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

This printer is driving me nuts! always a problem with wireless printing. many times restarted, rebooted... android, iOS same. tried to overcome this issue by using HPSmart but not helps.
My last hope is to receive this hidden reset procedure. I am so close to end my relation with HP. Please send me instructions as well.
