Hello,
Today I wanted to print a page and tried to as usual, but my printer wasnt connecting to the wifi anymore.
Printing the wireless test page told me that it was MAC filtering that was activated, which I checked and it wasnt activated at all.
I tried to fixed it (tried everything on this post : https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/OfficeJet-Pro-8610-stopped-working-won-t-co...) but it didnt work.
Any other things I could do that could fix this issue ?
Thanks,
Aryeth

@Aryeth_, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to connect the printer to the wireless network. Let us try these steps:
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
Check the blue wireless light on the printer. If it is steady, it is connected, if not connect the printer:
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
- Make sure the printer and the Mac are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Was the printer able to find any nearby networks?
Print a Network Configuration Page to find detailed information on network connectivity.
-
Load plain white paper into the input tray.
-
On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon , and then touch the Settings icon .
-
Touch Print Reports, and then touch Network Configuration Page.
A Network Configuration Page prints.
Keep me posted.

@Kumar0307
Yes, it was able to find nearby networks. Although upon connecting (which normally has no problem), it seemed to be connected for 2-3 seconds before displaying an error and loosing connection.
I printed the configuration page, which told me the problem might be MAC filtering. It didn't really make sense since I changed nothing on my router parameters, but I checked anyways and the filtering wasnt enabled, so this paper doesn't really help...
Any clues ?

If the printer is able to detect the networks, it means the wireless radio is working fine.
If the connection is getting disconnected, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Wi-Fi Connection with HPNA Lost After 2-10 Minutes
Hope this helps. Keep me posted.

Hello again,
I just wanted to precise that my printer doesnt really connect to the wifi, it actually just shows up when it is trying to connect in my router but immediatly dissapear with an error being showed on the front panel of the printer (just says "Unable to connect to the network" and tells me to print the page, which I did just to have the same informations from the beginning of this thread...)
I tried the steps you mentioned but sadly updating from a USB cable doesn't work for me, and since I cannot connect to any wifi as mentioned before I cannot try to update from the control panel.
Thanks for your help 😞
